Meesha Moulton Law (the “Firm,” “Meesha Moulton Law”) operates meeshamoultonlaw.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, why it is collected, who it may be shared with, and what choices are available to you.
This policy covers the Site only. It does not govern the confidential relationship between the Firm and its clients. Information exchanged after a signed written fee agreement is in place is governed by attorney-client confidentiality obligations, not by this policy.
Information Collected
The Site collects two kinds of information: information you choose to provide, and information collected automatically when you browse.

Providing information is voluntary. You do not need to submit a contact form to browse the Site. If you choose not to provide contact information, the Firm will not be able to respond to an inquiry.
How Information Is Used
Information submitted through the Site is used to:
- Respond to inquiries and questions about a potential case
- Perform a conflict check and evaluate whether the Firm can take a matter
- Schedule and conduct consultations
- Provide legal services to clients who have signed a written fee agreement
- Maintain records required by professional responsibility rules
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
Automatically collected information is used to understand how visitors find and use the Site, to diagnose technical problems, and to protect against fraudulent or abusive traffic.
Who Information Is Shared With
Meesha Moulton Law does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the following categories of third parties, and only as needed to operate the Site and the practice:

Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser.
Google Analytics 4.The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and understand which pages are useful to visitors. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Ads. The Site uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how effectively advertising brings visitors to the Site. This may set cookies that record which ad or search led you here and whether you submitted a contact form. Ad personalization settings can be managed at myadcenter.google.com.
Microsoft Clarity. The Site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity captures how pages are viewed and interacted with. Data entered into form fields is masked and is not recorded. Clarity data is processed by Microsoft, whose practices are described at privacy.microsoft.com. Session replay is used only to improve the Site and diagnose usability problems.
Managing cookies. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
Cross-site tracking disclosure. As required by Nevada law, the Firm discloses the following: third-party analytics services operating on this Site, including Google Analytics 4, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and online services.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers may send a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There is no uniform industry standard for how these signals must be honored. The Site does not currently respond to DNT and GPC signals. The Firm does not sell personal information regardless of whether a signal is received.
Your Choices and Rights
Reviewing or changing your information. To review, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted through the Site, contact the Firm using the details in the Contact section below. The Firm will respond within a reasonable period. Some information must be retained where professional responsibility rules, court rules, or other legal obligations require it.
Nevada residents: opt out of the sale of covered information. Under NRS 603A.340, Nevada residents may direct an operator not to sell their covered information. Meesha Moulton Law does not sell covered information. To submit a verified request anyway, email question@meeshamoultonlaw.comwith the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out Request” and include your name and the email address or phone number you submitted through the Site.
California residents.Meesha Moulton Law is not a “business” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. As a matter of practice, California residents may still request to know what personal information the Firm holds about them, request correction or deletion, and be free from discrimination for making a request. Use the contact details below.
Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting the Firm directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications about an active legal matter.
Data Security
Meesha Moulton Law maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. The Firm cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Site’s contact form or by unencrypted email. See the Terms of Use for further detail on this point.
Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with professional responsibility and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Inquiries that do not become client matters are retained for a limited period sufficient to run conflict checks, then deleted or archived.
Health Information
Personal injury matters often involve medical records. Meesha Moulton Law is not a HIPAA covered entity, and this Site is not designed to receive medical records. Health information a client shares in the course of representation is protected by attorney-client confidentiality and is handled with the same care as all other client information. Please do not upload or transmit medical records through the Site.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. Meesha Moulton Law does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact the Firm and it will be deleted.
Links to Other Websites
The Site links to third-party websites, including court websites, government agencies such as USCIS, and reference sources. Meesha Moulton Law does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
International Visitors
The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to This Policy
Meesha Moulton Law may update this Privacy Policy. When a material change is made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top. Significant changes may also be announced by a notice on the Site homepage. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Review this page periodically.
