Meesha Moulton, Las Vegas immigration lawyer
Las Vegas Immigration Lawyer

A Las Vegas immigration lawyer who has lived it.

Family green cards, citizenship, deportation defense, DACA, and asylum, handled personally by an attorney who immigrated herself. Federal immigration law reads the same everywhere, but the Las Vegas USCIS Field Office and Las Vegas Immigration Court have their own rhythms, and knowing them is part of the work.

Immigration is federal. Where it happens is local.

The law that decides an immigration case is federal, so it reads the same in Nevada and Arizona. What changes from one city to the next is where the case is handled. In southern Nevada, green card and citizenship interviews, biometrics, and oath ceremonies run through the Las Vegas USCIS Field Office, while removal and deportation cases are heard at the Las Vegas Immigration Court under the federal EOIR. The Las Vegas field office sits inside USCIS's Phoenix District, which covers both Nevada and Arizona, which is why a firm with offices in Las Vegas and Phoenix is built to work on either side of that line.

Her Story

Why immigration.

Meesha knew she wanted to be a lawyer from the time she was in elementary school. Her own family's path shaped that conviction. Her parents immigrated to Canada, and she later immigrated to the United States, so the immigration process is not an abstraction to her. It is something she has lived. For the families she represents in immigration matters, that lived experience is part of what she brings to the work.
