Meesha Moulton, Phoenix immigration lawyer
Phoenix Immigration Lawyer

A Phoenix immigration lawyer who has lived it.

Family green cards, citizenship, deportation defense, DACA, and asylum, handled personally by an attorney who immigrated herself. Federal immigration law reads the same everywhere, but the Phoenix USCIS Field Office and Phoenix Immigration Court have their own rhythms, and knowing them is part of the work.

Federal, Not State

Immigration is federal. Where it happens is local.

The law that decides an immigration case is federal, so it reads the same in Arizona and Nevada. What changes from one city to the next is where the case is handled. Across the Valley, green card and citizenship interviews, biometrics, and oath ceremonies run through the Phoenix USCIS Field Office, while removal and deportation cases are heard at the Phoenix Immigration Court under the federal EOIR. Phoenix anchors the USCIS Phoenix District, which covers both Arizona and Nevada, which is why a firm with offices in Phoenix and Las Vegas is built to work on either side of that line.

Her Story

Why immigration.

Meesha knew she wanted to be a lawyer from the time she was in elementary school. Her own family's path shaped that conviction. Her parents immigrated to Canada, and she later immigrated to the United States, so the immigration process is not an abstraction to her. It is something she has lived. For the families she represents in immigration matters, that lived experience is part of what she brings to the work.

Where Your Case Is Heard
